Intelligence Analyst III – Technical Operations Group
About The Position
The Intelligence Analyst III – Technical Operations Group (Team Lead) is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the Technical Operations Group (TOG) systems’ functionality. Acts as the primary TOG interlocutor with client representatives and incorporates client operational and policy requirements into TOG operations. Maintains quality control and assurance standards in accordance with client requirements and provides direct support to Diplomatic Security Command Center (DSCC) leadership and DSCC Watch needs as assigned. Maintains command and control of TOG staff, including fulfillment of corporate requirements such as performance and annual evaluations, pay raise recommendations, mentoring, and coordinating employee development needs. Develops, maintains, and interacts with liaisons within the intelligence and law enforcement communities. Participates in formal interagency committees, conferences, task forces, and working groups to ensure the protection of national security information, facilities, and personnel at diplomatic facilities. The Intelligence Analyst III is responsible for working with data throughout its lifecycle, including collection, management, analysis, reporting, and secure disposition, to support technical operations and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Top Secret with SCI access.
- Prior experience as Intelligence Analyst I/II in TOG.
- Experience with video/alarm analysis tools.
- Strong communication and crisis-support skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead TOG operations and ensure system integrity.
- Support DSCC leadership and watch functions.
- Coordinate with IC and law enforcement partners.
- Oversee evaluations, mentoring, and performance management.
