About The Position

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Targeting Analyst to support a high‑visibility defense intelligence mission. This senior‑level role provides expert guidance to the target development process across strategic, operational, and tactical environments, both CONUS and deployed. The ITA directly supports counterterrorism, counter‑proliferation, and global contingency operations through the production of actionable targeting products and assessments. The ideal candidate brings deep all‑source analytical expertise, mastery of the F3EAD targeting cycle, and a proven ability to drive intelligence support to operations in dynamic, high‑tempo environments.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with current SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8 + years of related experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum 3 years of specialized experience in intelligence targeting within DoD or equivalent agencies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in F3EAD and advanced network analysis.
  • Strong background in all‑source analysis supporting CT, CP, or related operational missions.
  • Proficiency with targeting tools, intelligence databases, and analytic automation systems.
  • Experience preparing and delivering targeting briefings to senior leaders.
  • Ability and willingness to support recurring 90‑day deployment rotations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced target development and network analysis supporting CT, CP, and global threat missions.
  • Produce high‑quality finished intelligence products including targeting packages, nodal analysis, assessments, and formal briefings.
  • Identify, assess, and report on adversary capabilities, infrastructure, networks, and operational vulnerabilities.
  • Lead and apply the F3EAD targeting methodology in deliberate and dynamic environments.
  • Synchronize targeting efforts with intelligence collection priorities across multiple INTs.
  • Fuse HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and other reporting streams into comprehensive targeting assessments.
  • Support both CONUS‑based and deployed operations in high‑tempo mission environments.
  • Collaborate with joint headquarters, IC partners, and operational stakeholders to ensure unified targeting efforts.
  • Participate in recurring 90‑day rotational deployments as mission requirements dictate.
