About The Position

The Interim Controller will oversee the Payroll Manager, AR Manager, AP Manager, Accounting Manager, and Finance Consultant. The role involves providing oversight on various financial functions, including general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and advising on system improvements.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience, including 10 years as a corporate controller.
• Proficiency in accounting, general ledger management, month-end procedures, financial statement preparation, and audit preparation.
• Experience with NetSuite.

• Experience managing employees overseas.
• Experience with NetSuite OneWorld and handling multiple currencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Accounting Manager on technical questions and monthly closes, ensuring the manager follows the monthly process and checklist.
• Review financial statements and coordinate the Group audit and statutory audit in the UK, managing audit requests and preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Oversee accounts receivable functions such as cash application and collection.
• Manage accounts payable and conduct weekly cash forecasts.
• Advise on system improvements for better financial operations.
• Coordinate with the European VP of Finance on accounting and treasury issues.
• Work with tax consultants to address tax-related matters.
