Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios—and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life. What You'll Do: Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and designers as part of LPA’s integrated, multidisciplinary design process. Take ownership of projects from concept through completion, contributing across all phases of design and delivery. Partner with Project Managers and Project Designers to execute project tasks, including coordinating and overseeing interior documentation. Prepare and manage design development and construction documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency. Lead and oversee the production work of junior designers, providing guidance and quality control. Review, coordinate, and process construction administration documents throughout the construction phase. Conduct and organize research on materials, products, and construction methods to support design solutions. Receive mentorship from project leaders and managing directors while actively mentoring and supporting the professional growth of junior designers. What We're Looking For: Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture. 5+ years of professional experience across all phases of interior architecture projects. Actively pursuing CID certification (or currently certified) and LEED accreditation. Proficiency in Revit; working knowledge of Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Strong understanding of building codes, applicable regulations, construction materials, and specifications. Demonstrated ability to work independently with creativity, innovation, and design vision throughout programming, design, and project execution. Commitment to producing high-quality, well-coordinated construction documentation. LPA is an integrated design firm with offices in California and Texas.
