We are seeking an Interior Designer with experience leading design teams for Life and Work Places projects, initially including a major end-user Headquarters project in the Southeast. As an Interior Designer, you will: Contributes to project visioning and design ideation by actively participating in design charettes, generating conceptual studies, plans, renderings, and refining ideas to meet client goals. Assist in holistic design development and documentation from concept through construction administration, including programming, space planning, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams and building systems. Demonstrate growing knowledge of project scope, budgets, deliverables, applicable codes, sustainable design principles, and project delivery methods while applying this knowledge appropriately with oversight. Creates and communicates visual representations and presentations effectively to clients, consultants, and team members using timely written, oral, and visual methods. Take ownership of assigned tasks by managing priorities, timelines, and meeting deliverable deadlines to maintain project schedules, while proactively communicating within the team. Support technical development by collaborating on complex construction details, researching materials, analyzing product options, and reviewing work for accuracy and compliance with standards. Strives for continuous learning and improvement, actively participates in design reviews, and contributes creative design solutions to enhance project success and align with firm goals.
