Dedicated to Excellence, Committed to Service Interiors Setup Staff The Interiors Setup staff is responsible to complete assigned work orders, communicate on-site project details effectively, provide on-site task organization and motivation of GA and student crews, and perform and create strategies that provide excellent customer service. Complete Event Setups Complete work orders while referencing and following all project instructions. Utilize proper equipment and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain a continual awareness of surroundings for the purpose of protecting items moved and equipment used. Work in compliance with established safety procedures. Communicate Project Details Maintain an awareness of work order details and communicate all needed information to the Interiors Setup Supervisor. Be alert to and immediately communicate potential problems and conflicts that may slow or stop workflow. Provide continual work order progress communication with the Interiors Setup Supervisor and Interiors Office. Oversee GA and Student Workers Provide on-site task organization for GA and student crews at the direction of the Interiors Setup Supervisor, while working along with the team. Motivate the team to function within proper guidelines. Communicate student and GA employee progress and problems with the Supervisor. Provide Excellent Customer Service Provide an excellent customer experience by ensuring that work order deadlines are met, being willing to work outside of regular hours, and communicating set-backs and solutions. Perform and create strategic plans that enable the setup team to accomplish work orders with tight time restrictions FLSA Status - Scanning (Non-exempt) Education Required Education: HS Work Experience Required Experience: 1+ years as a team leader, 1+ years in furniture moving and event setup, 1+ years teamwork Physical Requirements and Skills Ability to lift 50+ pounds, Bend body and knees as needed, Ladders, Operate standard office equipment, State driver's license, Working knowledge of basic hand tools, Work well under pressure Ideal candidates must be born-again Christians and must be dedicated to training young people for serving God; and must desire to educate students based on biblical values and be committed to excellence as a Christian educator who glorifies Christ as the source of all wisdom and knowledge.
