About The Position

Design and deploy marketing technology resources to optimize automated marketing campaigns, material distribution, agency/vendor management, platform use, and tracking, reporting and analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, marketing or relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Two years of experience with marketing technology platforms and software (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Financial services experience (e.g. Retirement, Life Insurance, Investments)
  • Familiarity with tools like Litmus, Tableau, Seismic, or OFTs
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Strong technical skills in AMPscript, SQL, segmentation, and dynamic content
  • Experience working with relational data, data extensions, and subscriber management
  • Understanding of email deliverability, CAN-SPAM compliance, and best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Exposure to additional platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo)

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy emails, automations, and customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Manage assets within Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, and Contact Builder
  • Leverage AMPscript, SQL, and data extensions for dynamic content and audience segmentation
  • Support campaign setup, QA, scheduling, and monitoring
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance, personalization, and customer experience
  • Help document platform processes, campaign guidelines, and performance best practices
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
  • Assist with team-wide projects and continuous improvement initiatives
