Intern - Business Analyst, Dealer Applications

About the position

Hyundai AutoEver America (HAEA) is a global technology solutions provider dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients in the Hyundai Motor family. We specialize in providing comprehensive IT solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of businesses across various industries in North America. Interns will be expected to work anywhere between 20 - 24 hours a week, not to exceed 30 hours a week. The internship program will run for 12 weeks from 06/16/2025 to 09/05/2025.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough analysis of current Dealer Application related to Parts only.
• Analyze the current Dealer system for Part Number changes and document the findings.
• Directly work with the mentor to ensure alignment with HAEA’s documentation standards.
• Analyze user requests to determine if change to UI screens is necessary for Part numbers.
• Work with mentors on a day-to-day basis to answer any system questions or concerns they may have.
• Ensure that documentation developed at the end of the internship program is ready for SSG sign offs.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Applications of basic cloud skills like Azure and AWS on the job.
• Good knowledge of current IAM and SSO Services like Azure AD B2C, AWS Cognito, Okta, OAuth 2.0, AuthZ or AuthN.
