Requirements

  • Concurrent enrollment as an incoming second-year law student in a juris doctorate program
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time indefinite basis for our Company without the need for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Preference for Moot Court or Law Review experience
  • Strong academic performance
  • Military experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will work side-by-side with members of the Law Organization in the handling of legal matters.
  • Interns in the Law Organization are given broad responsibilities and experiences including drafting responses to administrative agencies, creating persuasive position statements on the legal issues or fact situations, researching and analyzing legal issues, reviewing, drafting and commenting on transactional matters and agreements and providing assistance to legal professionals in the following practice components: Operations, Litigation, Business Development, Environmental, and various other areas of law.
