Requirements

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2026 and August 2027 (entering penultimate year of university)
  • Available for a June 2026 start date for an 8 – 10-week program
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
  • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer

Responsibilities

  • Support the identification and research of potential clients and assist with responding to inbound inquiries from the corporate website and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with basic market and commodity research, including monitoring supply, demand, weather, and industry trends.
  • Help analyze client operations and market exposure under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives by coordinating materials, tracking outreach efforts, and assisting with events or conferences.
  • Assist trading and risk management teams with data gathering, reporting, and reconciliation of positions and P&L.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records to support regulatory, audit, and internal reporting requirements.
