We are looking for a Communications & PR Intern based in New York! The internship will begin as soon as possible and will be 35 hours per week. Please only apply if you are available to start as soon as possible, work a minimum of 35 hours per week, and are available in-person in New York City. The role: You will support the Director, Communications on various projects and events and help the overall Communications team with specific requests. Requirements

  • 0-2 year(s) of experience in Communications – if you are considering a career in Communications/PR and are motivated to discover this world, this internship is for you!
  • Knowledge of social media and corporate life.
  • Skilled in Influencers/Communications.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the product closet fulfilled and organized and assist with sample trafficking and tracking.
  • Execute Influencer gifting strategy by reaching out to talents, coordinating conversations with partners, and building and shipping PR mailers.
  • Monitor, track and compile press and organic social results, and update monthly PR reports for Clarins’ General Managers and Executives.
  • Support the team in event planning.
  • Coordinate creative projects with the creative departments and organize final creative assets on the team’s drive.
