Department The Consumer Products Team at UFC supports the promotion and commercialization of licensed merchandise and branded products that extend the UFC brand beyond the Octagon. Partnering closely with creative, retail, and e-commerce teams, the group develops marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and deepen fan engagement worldwide. Through this work, the team helps translate UFC’s global reach and passionate fanbase into compelling consumer products that connect fans to the sport and its athletes.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; Junior, Senior, or Graduate-level preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs: Photoshop, Premiere
  • Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with continuous marketing efforts for partners such as UFC Store, Fanatics, EA Sports UFC, Dyaco, Venum, and more -- including asset approvals, marketing on UFC channels, activation execution, and data collection.
  • Supports UFC Store social media activations in scheduling, content review and data analysis.
  • Collaborates with Retail, Creative and CRM team members in the development and execution of weekly newsletters.
  • Assists other team members as needed, including product reviews and quality control for licensees.
