Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and follow through on assigned responsibilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
  • Interest in pursuing a career in broadcast, production, or television technology
  • Basic familiarity with video production workflows, post-production tools, or broadcast environments through coursework, projects, or prior experience is a plus
  • Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and technologies while supporting hands-on production operations

Responsibilities

  • Support basic broadcast engineering tasks, including cabling and wiring, asset management, signal flow, and production techniques
  • Assist with post-production engineering support, including troubleshooting video editing systems, graphics production tools, editing workstations, and networking issues
  • Provide day-to-day technical support in a fast-paced, high-energy production environment
  • Assist with task management, documentation, and ticketing input to support workflow tracking and issue resolution
