About The Position

As a Creative Marketing & Graphic Design Intern, you will support the marketing team by designing and producing visual assets that bring our events, campaigns, and client communications to life. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects—including digital graphics, print materials, and event branding—while learning how creative marketing supports business growth and client engagement in a professional financial services environment.

Requirements

  • Current college student pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency or working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Canva experience is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for design, layout, and typography.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
  • Professional, positive, and collaborative attitude.
  • Availability for occasional evening events or weekend support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Design marketing assets for events, seminars, and campaigns (social graphics, email headers, flyers, signage, presentations, etc.).
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all visual materials.
  • Support the creation of templates for recurring marketing needs.
  • Edit and resize graphics for various platforms (email, social, print, web).
  • Create event-related visuals including invitations, reminder graphics, signage, and post-event recap materials.
  • Assist with on-site event support at select seminars or client events (setup, branding placement, photography support as needed).
  • Ensure printed materials and signage are accurate, polished, and on-brand.
  • Assist with social media content creation and scheduling support.
  • Help organize and manage creative assets and files for easy team access.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts and creative brainstorming.
  • Work closely with the marketing and events team to meet deadlines and project needs.
  • Track creative requests and revisions as needed.
  • Support light marketing coordination tasks related to campaigns or events.
