The Digital Strategy & Experience team focuses on understanding user needs, analyzing digital performance, and shaping strategies that improve end‑to-end digital experiences. The team collaborates across research, design, analytics, and business partners to deliver insights that drive meaningful digital outcomes. The Digital Strategy & Experience Intern supports research, analytics, and strategic planning activities that inform digital experience decisions. This role assists in gathering insights, analyzing digital performance, and contributing to strategic materials that help guide long‑term experience direction.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Science, Analytics, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, structured insights.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable working with data and asking thoughtful questions.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to analytics or research tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, Qualtrics, or Figma.
  • Basic understanding of UX, digital strategy, or customer experience concepts.
  • Experience working on team projects or presenting findings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive and comparative analysis of digital experiences across websites, apps, and platforms.
  • Synthesize findings from user research, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and feedback data.
  • Document and visualize customer journeys, pain points, and experience gaps.
  • Analyze digital performance data and report on engagement, conversion, drop‑off, and other key metrics.
  • Support the development of problem statements, hypotheses, and opportunity areas for strategy work.
