About The Position

Work with an electrical engineer to develop code compliant electrical systems that meet the customer specifications Learn practical electrical engineering principals performing system and component level calculations to size components and equipment for the application, under the supervision of an electrical engineer. Learn about safety regulations Work with an electrical engineer to specify the electrical equipment required for the complete electrical system that operates and controls both the Vanderlande manufactured, and third party purchased items Learn to use software tools (AutoCAD Electrical, Word, Excel, etc.) to develop the electrical designs such as wiring diagrams, termination lists, Bill of Materials, etc. Learn to document engineering decisions through design plans, complete and clear installation files, and engineering instructions. Learn how to think conceptually (overall system) and translate this into a detailed system design. Be a good communicator, able to effectively understand and set expectations for deliverables
