Requirements
- Must be local to Carlsbad, CA in Summer 2026
- Experience in Java and Object-Oriented Programming
- Experience using SQL or NoSQL DB
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience or familiarity with Node.js development
- Familiarity with Microservices, distributed event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with AWS cloud-based technologies
- Familiarity with GraphQL, Containerization and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools
Responsibilities
- Pair up with a senior engineer and be part of an agile team
- Design, develop, document and maintain high quality scalable software
- Debug, troubleshoot and fix issues in existing systems
- Improving quality of existing software by employing unit and end-to-end tests
