About The Position

Position Collaborates with engineering staff to plan, design, develop, troubleshoot, test, debug, and modify software systems or applications for software enhancements in new or existing products.

Requirements

  • An understanding of and/or willingness to learn software development in an Agile environment
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Javascript (Typescript, React, ReactNative, etc.) or similar language
  • Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship. While this is an internship role, Digi International and its companies are not able to provide visa sponsorship for internships, or subsequent potential full-time employment. As a result, we are unable to consider visa applications.

  • Proficiency with Git

Responsibilities

  • Participate in delivering on the Product Roadmap through implementing new features and improved testing automation
  • Collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders in the Product and Customer Success organizations to deliver software that is effective and maintainable.
  • Automate the testing and deployment of software.
  • Learn (and teach) how to best leverage AI in the software development process
