The Experience: Project Scopes: Each intern is assigned a specific project that contributes value to the Company. Final Showcase: Interns will share their journey and achievements through a presentation to a large group of leaders and peers at the end of the program. What You’ll Be Doing: As an Enterprise Applications Operations Analyst Intern, you will be supporting a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation by helping prepare IT support teams for go-live and post-launch operations. You will contribute to pre-go-live Tier 2 operational readiness by documenting expected support workflows, troubleshooting scenarios, escalation paths, and operational knowledge based on system designs, testing activities, and guidance from experienced team members. Process Analysis and Requirements Gathering Conduct a detailed analysis of current demand management workflows and document at least 5 key pain points and 10 system requirements by collaborating with stakeholders across supply chain, sales, and production teams. Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate at least 3 workshops or interviews with key stakeholders to gather insights and align on the project objectives and expected outcomes. System Capability Research and Gap Analysis Research potential demand management tools or enhancements and complete a gap analysis report comparing 3 potential solutions against current system capabilities and identified requirements. What You’ll Learn: Through shadowing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support resources, guided walkthroughs of ERP environments and integrations, participation in testing and readiness activities, structured documentation exercises, with defined deliverables, and regular feedback sessions with Enterprise Applications leadership and technical team members, the intern will gain: Understanding of Tiered IT support models (Tier 0–3) in an ERP environment Exposure to Oracle Fusion application operations and integrations Experience in documenting technical runbooks and support procedures Knowledge of incident management, hypercare, and operational readiness What We’re Looking For: Driven college students, or recent college graduates, with a major or degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or Computer Science Determined, detail-oriented go-getters with strong analytical and documentation skills Curious individuals that are eager to learn Knowledge, skills, and abilities in ERP, IT support, Tier 2 support, technical documentation, runbooks, integrations, incident management Selected candidates must be available to work on-site and full-time between June and August.
