This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company’s annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. Requirements

Some high school experience with a valid work permit required.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Organizational and customer service skills.
Attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to handle detailed work accurately and quickly, work to deadlines on multiple tasks, to work as a team member in a collaborative and participatory manner, and to interact both in person and remotely with a courteous and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently with drive and initiative as well as work well within a team setting.
Demonstrated self-learner interested in continued professional development and personal growth.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of work experience in any capacity (can be positions geld while in school, volunteer, or club experience) preferred.
