About Information Technology The Tolmar IT team ensures seamless software and infrastructure for business automation. They govern networks, operating systems, and enterprise apps, providing departments with the functionality they need. IT facilitates information flow, enabling Tolmar to operate efficiently. Proposed Work Description Consistently contribute to the goal of providing innovative IT solutions through implementing and supporting automation tools and AI-driven solutions to enhance service and support for help desk, hardware, operating systems, and software applications. This includes but is not limited to: Data analysis Automation Implementation Testing Troubleshooting Support and Maintenance Using excellent people skills, delivering outstanding customer service. Serve as an IT department representative to the entire enterprise.

Requirements

  • Experience with software development environments, including automation tools and AI-driven solutions.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork to deliver high-quality software solutions.

  • Actively enrolled in degree program (BA/BS desired); Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Experience providing technical support as a member of an Information Technology department.
