About The Position

About the Role: We're seeking a motivated Learning & Development Intern to support our innovative training initiatives combining 3D Modeling, Digital Designs, and 3D printing technology with e-learning solutions. This hands-on internship offers exposure to cutting-edge learning technologies and instructional design.
Duration: 13 weeks, Full-time

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education, Engineering, Design, or a related field
• Interest in learning technologies, including e‑learning platforms and hands‑on training tools
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learning assessment methods
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and technical writing
• Ability to collect, analyze, and summarize feedback and evaluation data
• Comfortable working in a project‑based, collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to e‑learning content development or learning management systems
• Familiarity with 3D printing, CAD tools, or digital design concepts (academic or personal experience acceptable)
• Experience creating or supporting multimedia learning content
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to test, iterate, and document learning materials

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of 3D printed training materials
• Assist in creating and managing e-learning content
• Participate in training material testing and evaluation
• Collect and analyze program feedback
• Assist in maintaining 3D printing equipment
• Support the creation of multimedia training content
• Knowledge of learning assessment methods
