As an Intern in our Logistics department, you will be the "engine room" of our supply chain, helping us analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement smarter tracking methods. You’ll gain hands-on experience in global or domestic shipping, inventory management, and the data analytics that keep a modern company moving. What you will do: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like lead times, shipping costs, and carrier reliability to identify areas for improvement. Document existing logistics workflows and suggest "lean" improvements to reduce waste and transit times. Support the team in monitoring high-priority shipments and providing real-time updates to internal stakeholders. Assist in auditing freight invoices and logistics data to ensure our records are 100% accurate. Communicate with 3PL (Third Party Logistics) providers and carriers to coordinate pickups and resolve minor delivery exceptions. What we are looking for A genuine passion for Supply Chain and Logistics , with a curiosity for how global commerce and "last-mile" delivery function. Technical Proficiency in data organization; an interest in learning Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or ERP software (like SAP or Oracle) is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a desire to learn the complexities of freight forwarding, customs, and inventory controls. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, often acting as a bridge between the warehouse and the office. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines. A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively. Solid time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus. Open to rising seniors in high school, undergraduate, or graduate students currently enrolled in an accredited institution. Internship Program Eligibility Open to high school rising seniors , undergraduate , and graduate students currently enrolled in an accredited educational institution. Must not have graduated prior to March 2026. Must have completed at least one year of their academic program by the start of the internship (for undergraduate and graduate applicants). Must be able to commit to the full 10-week program , working onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays , for a total of 40 hours per week . Must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future. Must be able to commute to the internship location for the duration of the program. Must successfully pass a background check as part of the hiring process. What we offer Paid internship ranging from $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on education level. Hybrid schedule : Onsite Monday–Thursday, remote on Fridays. 10-week duration (Summer 2026) | 40 hours per week | June 8th - August 14th Hands-on experience contributing to real projects within a dynamic, creative company.
