From headquarters in San Diego and offices around the world, pSemi’s team explores new ways to make electronics for the connected world smaller, thinner, faster and better.   Job Summary As an Intern, you will be responsible for supporting Manufacturing Sustaining projects for new and existing pSemi products.  This will include elements of sustaining production issues, generating technical documentation, interfacing with off-shore personnel, and continuous system improvement projects.

  • High School Diploma and currently enrolled in college in an Engineering discipline

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of basic Physics concepts
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

  • Data analysis
  • Data compilation and report generation
  • Supporting physical inspection and testing of devices
  • Performing engineering  evaluations
  • Updating documents/presentations (e.g. program updates, yield reports, schedule charts, etc.)
  • Device modeling assistance
  • Manufacturing support to multiple functional groups (new product development teams, marketing, quality, etc.)
  • Generating and coordinating technical documentation
