About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious, and proactive Marketing Intern to support a fast-moving marketing team across a variety of initiatives, including digital performance, press and media, internal communications, and operational support. This role offers hands-on exposure to real marketing work and is ideal for someone looking to build a well-rounded foundation in modern marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Must be currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or recent graduate)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and basic reporting tools
  • Interest in digital marketing, media, and data-driven insights
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with social media or digital analytics platforms
  • Experience with newsletters, reporting, or project coordination
  • Curiosity about how marketing supports both business and philanthropic initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Operations & General Support
  • Submit and track purchase requisitions for the marketing team
  • Assist with online store inventory tracking and stock reorders
  • Support day-to-day marketing tasks across team members and projects
  • Help maintain organization across shared tools, trackers, and documentation
  • Press & Media Support
  • Build and maintain targeted media lists
  • Track press coverage and media mentions
  • Assist in compiling coverage summaries and performance reports
  • Digital, Web & Social Performance
  • Support digital performance analysis across web, email, and social channels
  • Help identify performance trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Assist in preparing reports and insights for internal review
  • Philanthropy & Internal Communications
  • Create and distribute internal newsletters related to philanthropic initiatives
  • Manage project tracking documents and support coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Assist with timelines, updates, and cross-team communication
