About The Position

As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team by ensuring accurate and timely data entry related to our educational seminars and events. You will gain hands-on experience using industry-standard tools like Salesforce and HUB while supporting initiatives that directly impact client engagement and lead generation.

Requirements

  • Current college student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Finance or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and willing to learn platforms such as Salesforce and HUB.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and team-player attitude.
  • Availability for occasional evening events and weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily confirmation calls and text messages for upcoming seminars.
  • Enter and update seminar event data in Salesforce, including campaign creation and member management.
  • Format and organize campaign names following established standards.
  • Monitor and update contact statuses post-event to reflect attendance and outcomes.
  • Log seminar performance metrics in the internal working files.
  • Provide on-site support at select seminars and client events.
  • Assist with event setup, registration check-in, and guest interactions.
  • Ensure materials, signage, and branding elements are properly displayed.
  • Support the team in creating a warm, welcoming experience for attendees.
  • Coordinate with team members and vendors to help events run smoothly.
  • Transfer registrant data from HUB to Salesforce.
  • Create new lead profiles with complete and accurate information.
  • Manage and differentiate guest profiles while adhering to data entry protocols (e.g., phone number formatting).
  • Coordinate with the team to resolve CRM entry issues (e.g., marketing information updates).
  • Pin and organize active campaigns in Salesforce for streamlined access.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and escalate data issues as needed.
  • Help maintain the integrity and accuracy of CRM databases.
