About The Position

The Intern assists with the development and execution of our dynamic, omnichannel marketing campaigns—from concept thru distribution/ post mortem.  This opportunity provides a unique, “behind-the-scenes” view of marketing and creative departments, including workflow, customer lifecycle strategy, and how personalized online & offline media campaigns come to life through modeling/ analysis and effective brand positioning.

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled Junior/Senior or recent alumni from a fully accredited College/ University with concentration in Marketing.
  • Articulate communicator with a collaborative spirit
  • Disciplined individual with solid organizational skills
  • Highly motivated with strong analytical ability
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and the online landscape

Nice To Haves

  • Health enthusiast/nutrition experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support project set-up, and follow up of tasks within our marketing project management system (workfront) helping to ensure we meet our timelines
  • Assist education team with set-up, and scheduling of educational content, emails and SMS campaigns
  • Update and distribute the education production schedule
  • Shadow Education Specialist, Education Coordinator, and Education Manager providing input and assistance as needed
  • Gather competitive intel and research as needed to support marketing efforts across media types
  • Identify and vet potential internal and external guests for media shows, manage invite requests, guest onboarding, and communications
  • Create podcast episode briefs for website migration project
  • Select weekly social clips from media shows to repost on tiktok, meta, and YouTube
  • Update and distribute recording schedule, studio calendar, and production timelines
  • Serve as an intermediate between the digital, marketing, and education teams and inter-communicate requests and deliverables
  • Ensure produced education content is promoted on all social channels
  • Partner with the Education Specialist to integrate education content within interdepartmental programs and campaigns, including wholesale
  • 2 days onsite attendance per week is an essential function of this position
