About The Position

What You’ll Do: Support product development and strategic marketing initiatives that help shape the future of VB Spine products Assist with gathering and analyzing Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Sales (VOS) insights to inform marketing strategy and product positioning Manage and support projects between R&D, Marketing, and customer insight teams to align decisions with customer needs Learn and apply VB Spine’s marketing framework to bring structure and consistency to marketing activities Support the development of marketing materials, positioning statements, and messaging for upcoming product launches Assist in defining and refining target customer segments for new product introductions Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on launch strategy, messaging, and commercialization plans What You Bring: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based sponsorship Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, evolving work environment Ability to exercise independent judgment while working collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Demonstrated leadership qualities and business acumen Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor What You’ll Gain: Hands-on exposure to product development and commercialization in the medical device industry Experience conducting Voice of Customer and Voice of Sales activities Practical, meaningful work experience applying classroom learning to real-world marketing challenges Insight into how marketing collaborates with R&D, Sales, and other business functions Experience working with cross-functional and global teams The opportunity to experience VB Spine’s culture prior to considering full-time career opportunities Professional networking with marketing, product, and commercial leaders Increased marketability and professional exposure within medical device marketing Why VB Spine? Compensation: This is a paid internship position with an hourly rate of $30 per hour. This role is based in Leesburg, VA or Allendale, NJ. While non-local candidates may apply, relocation and housing assistance are not provided, and candidates are responsible for all related expenses. VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers factors such as experience level, skill set, and market conditions.

Requirements
