OverviewAs the Merchandising & Category Management Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure to how product assortments are built, managed, and optimized across categories. You’ll support the Merchandising and Category Management teams in analyzing business performance, managing assortments, and partnering cross-functionally to bring consumer-focused product strategies to life.   2026 PROGRAM DATES June 8 – August 14, 2026 Working Hours: 40 hrs/week What You'll Do Be Yourself. Requirements

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to ask questions and grow.
  • Interest in retail and merchandising.
  • Pursuing a degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • Recent graduate (2026)
  • Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
  • Must be open to relocating to the Broomfield, CO area upon graduation for consideration for full-time in office positions

Responsibilities

  • Support the Merchandising and Category Management teams with day-to-day execution of category strategies and seasonal assortments.
  • Assist with analyzing sales, inventory, and product performance.
  • Help maintain accurate product, assortment, and category information.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Line Management, Planning, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Learn how product categories are built from line planning through in-season management.
