About The Position

About this Opportunity: As an Intern, you will be responsible for data entry, portfolio analysis, research, & other specially assigned projects. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us. For External Candidates: Candidates must work at least 3 days in-office at one of the following locations: Lehi, UT.

Requirements

• Has ability to provide quality customer service
• Has ability to interact with other departments in the organization
• Has minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Preferably be a current student in Junior or Senior standing working towards a bachelor’s degree in an applicable field
• Obtain Orion Industry Certification
• Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Nice To Haves

• Preferably has prior experience in general administrative or customer service duties

Responsibilities

• Assist with data gathering and spreadsheet preparation for projects as assigned
• Assist in gathering requested information and files
• Assist with projects assigned by manager
• Ensure forms, policies, systems and other information are kept current
