The department operates like Branches, taking calls like a Call Center and helping with Treasury Management Services like the Business Services team. Position Overview The intern position operates on a mid‑shift schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and includes daily standups or meetings to review the plan for the day. Responsibilities include managing the email inbox and incoming calls to address action items, as well as adhering to a one‑hour service‑level agreement (SLA) for client responses.
Requirements
- Organized, particularly for filing responsibilities.
- Accountable and reliable in completing assigned tasks.
- Detail‑oriented, especially when working with spreadsheets and procedures.
- Driven and motivated to support team needs.
Responsibilities
- Assists with Dual Control transactions and Client Relationship filing and review
- Supports email retention and completes callbacks as needed
- Provides assistance with mailing tasks
- Completes additional tasks as assigned by management
