Requirements

0-3 years of Procurement expertise
Good oral and written communication skills
Microsoft Windows operating system education/experience
Microsoft Office, EXCEL and WORD education/experience
Current Engineering, Business (Economics), or Law student at a 4-year university with a graduation date between December 2026 and December 2027
English Proficiency

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP and SAP E-Auctions

Responsibilities

Ensure periodical spend reporting at Procurement Geographic Area Level
Support local procurement activity execution preparing RFP / RFQ documentations
Support the preparation and execution of PO/ Final Contract Documentation for relevant local procurement commodity
Support supplier performance analysis through performance reviews by collecting feedback from relevant units/internal customers
Support business functions on specific required procurement actions aimed to achieve cost reduction
