About The Position

As an Intern in our Product Development Department, you will support the high-octane workflows of our "Boys" category, specifically focusing on Monster Jam , BLDR , and our specialized Construction lines. You will help optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure seamless communication between Design, Brand, and Engineering. You’ll gain a front-row seat to the world of modular construction systems, and global hardware manufacturing. What you will do Assist the Product Development team in the completion and approval of updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring all processes are well-documented and optimized. Organize and review all SOPs associated with Product Development, collaborating with senior management to understand and improve processes. Conduct research, take detailed notes, and participate in discussions to enhance product development workflows. Provide feedback on different stages of product development projects, contributing to process improvements and successful execution. Work cross-functionally with departments such as Design, Brand, and Packaging to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Gain exposure to various industry techniques and styles, expanding your knowledge of product development and project management. Support the team in tracking and managing project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met. Take advantage of mentorship and learning opportunities to grow your skills in product development and toy manufacturing. What We Look For: A genuine interest in the "Boys" toy space, with a specific curiosity about vehicles, construction sets, and mechanical play-patterns. Technical Proficiency in documentation and data organization; an interest in learning Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail with a desire to learn about material tolerances, safety testing for hard goods, and project management frameworks. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge the gap between creative designers and technical production engineers. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines. A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively. Solid time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus. Open to rising seniors in high school, undergraduate, or graduate students currently enrolled in an accredited institution. Internship Program Eligibility Open to high school rising seniors , undergraduate , and graduate students currently enrolled in an accredited educational institution. Must not have graduated prior to March 2026. Must be able to commit to the full 10-week program , working onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays , for a total of 40 hours per week . Must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future. Must be able to commute to the internship location for the duration of the program. Must successfully pass a background check as part of the hiring process. What we offer Paid internship ranging from $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on education level. Hybrid schedule : Onsite Monday–Thursday, remote on Fridays. 10-week duration (Summer 2026) | 40 hours per week | June 8th - August 14th Hands-on experience contributing to real projects within a dynamic, creative company.
