Department: The Program Management team supports the planning and execution of premium hospitality and live event experiences across sports and entertainment properties. This team works cross-functionally with operations, sales, marketing, and external partners to deliver high-quality programs tied to major sporting events. Their work plays a key role in ensuring seamless execution, strong client experiences, and operational excellence across events.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a related field such as Business, Sports Management, Hospitality, or a similar discipline; Junior or Senior standing preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the operational planning and execution of upcoming sporting and hospitality events
  • Support Program Managers with day-to-day planning tasks, logistics, and coordination
  • Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to discussions and planning efforts
  • Organize, collect, and maintain data related to events, programs, and operational tracking
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining office spaces, materials, and event supplies
  • Provide general administrative and operational support, including special projects as assigned
