You are organized, analytical, and motivated to see ideas turn into action. C&N is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience supporting strategic initiatives within a community banking environment. As a Project Management Intern, you will work alongside our Project Management team to assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on active projects using Salesforce. You’ll gain exposure to project governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. Whether it’s reviewing project timelines, supporting status reporting, or analyzing workflow efficiencies, this role is ideal for individuals interested in organizational strategy and operational execution. Requirements

  • Education & Experience – Applicants must be undergraduate students who will be entering their junior or senior year in Fall 2026 and pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Candidates outside of this academic level will not be considered. Prior project management experience is not required. This internship is full-time in Wellsboro, PA with an anticipated start on Monday, May 18th, and will last a total of 12 weeks with an anticipated end date of Friday, August 7th.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Milestone Tracking: Assist in reviewing project timelines and updating milestone tracking within Salesforce under supervision.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Review and summarize project risks and mitigation strategies to support governance and oversight.
  • Reporting & Dashboard Support: Assist in generating Salesforce reports and status updates for leadership visibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Attend project meetings and document action items, follow-ups, and workflow updates.
  • Process Improvement Exposure: Identify opportunities to improve project documentation, tracking consistency, or reporting clarity.
  • Capstone Project: Complete a project management-related capstone, such as developing a standardized project checklist, analyzing reporting workflows, or proposing enhancements to Salesforce tracking practices.
