Requirements
- USX offers professional internships for college students
- Professional (college) internships require enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in a relevant discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: written and verbal
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Effective organization, time management, and attention-to-detail abilities

- Medical background/experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assisting the department in the performance of duties
- Performing special projects relevant to Medical Services
- Inputting data into computer operating systems, filing documents, and distributing information to department members
- Reviewing DOT documents and reports prepared by staff members
- Testing department or area processes to ensure controls or methods work as designed
- Reviewing and evaluating USX processes and methods against educational knowledge and providing recommendations for improvements
- Occasional travel may be required in some departments
- Intercalibrate communication between the other departments of medical documentation
