The North Berwick SITE team is seeking a highly motivated intern candidate to work in the Facilities Engineering Department. This is an opportunity to work in dynamic environment and learn the basics of facility management and engineering. This position is classified as onsite. Please ensure this role type (defined below) is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree in an Engineering discipline

Nice To Haves

  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience with MS office computer software including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, statistical software and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated strong teaming and communication skills
  • Experience with Auto CAD
  • Experience with NEC, NFPA 70e, NFPA 79, and OSHA construction standards
  • Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.0

Responsibilities

  • Provide facility engineering support on a variety of tasks supporting facility maintenance, capital projects, equipment repair and the Environmental Health and Safety concerns.
