Throughout the 12-week program, you will collaborate with some of the best in the industry, receive on-the-job training, participating in professional development workshops, executive speaker series, and other networking and social events! How You’ll Help Us Connect the World As a Global Planning Intern, you will contribute to key initiatives within the Connectivity and Cable Solutions organization. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Distribution Planning to strengthen our S&OP processes, refine documentation, and support execution strategies. This role is based in Shakopee, MN.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors) or a master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or Operations Management from an accredited university
  • Demonstrated academic success with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
  • Military-affiliated candidates are encouraged to apply, including Veterans, Military Spouses, and Guard/Reservists

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the Planning Center of Excellence to develop and document a comprehensive S&OP Playbook
  • Supporting Planning teams by reviewing ABC-XYZ analyses and helping optimize inventory levels across international locations
  • Creating and enhancing management dashboards within Microsoft PowerBI and/or SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to support S&OP activities
