Department The Talent Development team leads the recruitment and management of WWE NXT Superstars, including the WWE "Next In Line" program and official tryouts. They collaborate closely with the Orlando Performance Center to transform aspiring talent into world-class entertainers.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Extensive knowledge of the collegiate athletic landscape and recruitment process.
  • Proficient in Instagram, Twitter, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee content management for WWE Recruit's Instagram and Twitter pages.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects and activations efficiently.
  • Participate in team calls and meetings while tracking progress on Talent Development projects.
  • Manage data related to the "Next In Line" program and other recruitment initiatives.
