About The Position

Scan and file documents into the appropriate online systems and physical files as needed. Complete audits of departmental data as needed; Follow up with Team Members to collect documents as needed to ensure completion. Maintain updated information on internal intranet Create and post internal bulletins as needed Assist with month end reporting Reconciliations of bi-weekly & quarterly reports Assist assigned department with internal audits Will work with the assigned department on various projects Prepare informational emails for Team Members and send reminders of department Complete other tasks and projects as assigned. Compliance Comply with all applicable regulations and Bank policies. Participate in annual compliance and other job-related training. Comply with applicable bank regulations, Bank policies and procedures. Comply with Bank’s internal privacy and ethics standards. Relationships and Contacts Internal: Contact with Team Members from various areas of the Bank. External: Limited contact with third party vendors. Education and Experience Completion of Junior Year of High School Previous work experience preferred Skills and Competencies Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to interact well with Team Members and customers Strong in attention to details and accuracy Basic computer skills Intermediate Excel Ability to multi-task and remain organized Working Conditions Traditional office environment, the office maintains five day a week operations (Monday – Friday) with operational hours of 8am – 5pm.
