This role is focused on owning and strengthening our internal communications platforms and editorial strategy as we scale. As Internal Communications Manager, you will help shape how information moves across the company, ensuring employees receive clear, timely, and consistent communications through the right channels. You will play a central role in managing our internal editorial calendar, aligning messaging across teams, and advancing best-in-class corporate communications practices. You will partner closely with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to bring structure, clarity, and discipline to how we plan, publish, and measure internal communications. From Quarterly All Hands to monthly newsletters and day-to-day updates, you will help elevate every employee touchpoint to drive alignment, transparency, and engagement. This full-time role reports to the Director, Internal Communications and is based in the US, with the option for in-person or remote work.
