Requirements

Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution (required)
Completed residency in Internal Medicine (required)
Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in California (required)
Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care

Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat a wide range of adult medical conditions, including infections, chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease), and complex cases
Provide comprehensive, ongoing care including preventive services, routine health maintenance, and chronic disease management
Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests including labs, imaging, and EKGs
Prescribe medications and other treatments to support effective management of patient conditions
Counsel patients on lifestyle modifications, preventive strategies, and self-care for chronic disease management
Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless and holistic treatment plans
Maintain accurate, thorough, and up-to-date patient records in our EMR system
Stay current on medical advancements, evidence-based care, and industry standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Participate in team-based care and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols and workflows
Work with our Product team to continue to develop our AI and charting capabilities
