The Internal Product Specialist (IPS) Division Manager is responsible for day-to-day leadership and management of the IPS team within Performance Management. The IPS team engages with Market Leaders, Performance Managers and FSAs daily to help drive advice delivery to our CI clients. Through their efforts, the IPS team ensures the delivery of a consistent client experience while improving retention of clients through new business strategies and successful implementation. The IPS Division Manager is responsible for meeting and maintaining all regulatory and compliance standards. They have full management responsibilities including recruiting, coaching and developing associates.
