The Internal Sales Associate is a key driver of customer acquisition and revenue growth, responsible for generating and qualifying sales opportunities through a high volume of inbound and outbound outreach. This role works in close partnership with Area Managers to support the sales cycle, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate account management. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and comfortable making frequent calls, following up on leads, and positioning products using a consultative selling approach while consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals. A significant portion of this role is dedicated to outbound calls and emails to offices and customers to schedule meetings and address additional needs, targeting new and previously lost opportunities through DOMO and Salesforce, and introducing products via calls and email outreach, as well as maintaining CRM (Salesforce) by updating records and qualifying leads.
