Colton RV & Marine is looking for a detail-driven Internal Service Advisor (Service Coordinator) to be the behind-the-scenes force that ensures sold units move seamlessly from sale to delivery. In this critical role, you’ll serve as the primary point of coordination between Sales, Service, Parts, and the Shop, with a strong focus on supporting the Sales Department. While you won’t manage retail service customers directly, you’ll take full ownership of the internal service process—tracking progress, resolving bottlenecks, and making sure every sold unit is completed on time and to standard. As the Internal Service Advisor, you’ll be the connector who keeps everyone aligned. You’ll proactively communicate updates, drive accountability across departments, and step in to troubleshoot whenever something stalls. From parts availability to service scheduling to final prep, you’ll see the process through from start to finish—no loose ends. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position for someone who enjoys working with urgency, juggling priorities, and collaborating across teams.
