About The Position

The International Content Coordinator leads the planning and coordination of Spanish-language content across digital and print platforms while supporting the expansion of additional international languages. This role serves as the primary project coordinator for Spanish content, managing timelines, translation workflows, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure deliverables are accurate, culturally relevant, and completed on schedule. As international language initiatives grow, this position will help develop scalable systems, including AI-assisted workflows, to support multilingual content production.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred but not required. Comfort working with translated content and multilingual teams is essential.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Spanish, or a related field, and/or two years of professional experience in digital media coordination or project management.
  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects independently, anticipate needs, and drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify workflow gaps and implement practical solutions.
  • Digital native with strong proficiency in Office 365, project management systems, and web-based platforms (social media, Canva, Slack/Teams/Zoom), and a proven ability to quickly adopt new tools in a fast-evolving tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track Spanish-language content projects from intake to delivery using Monday.com and internal workflow systems.
  • Develop and manage production timelines to ensure content is completed accurately and on schedule across digital, print, and product channels.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to schedule and publish Spanish-language content through Sprout Social, ensuring posts are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Serve as liaison between Spanish Content, Digital, Editorial, Design, and external translators to ensure clear communication and smooth execution.
  • Submit and manage translation requests, maintaining quality control and alignment with ministry standards.
  • Oversee recurring Spanish initiatives (devotionals, letters, digital campaigns, web content, and product materials), ensuring all components move efficiently through production.
  • Process invoices and provide administrative coordination for freelance translators and contributors.
  • Support Strategic Engagement in expanding international languages, including the implementation of AI-assisted and scalable multilingual processes.
