About The Position

Full Time Position (40 hours/week) Core Business Hours: Mon - Fri, 8AM - 5PM In-Office Position (no remote or hybrid work available) Key Responsibilities Order Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full order process—from initial receipt and negotiation to data entry, revision, and finalization—ensuring all details align with overseas production capabilities. Logistics & Compliance: Proactively monitor shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Manage customs clearance, invoicing, and required shipping documentation. Relationship Management: Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments. Attend regular meetings to review account health, troubleshoot logistics issues, and strategize for future growth. System & Data Proficiency: Leverage ERP system to generate, analyze, and audit reports for accuracy. Maintain order status within various customer portals and platforms. Utilize Excel to organize workflows, track tasks, and analyze data. Compliance Oversight: Master the specific requirements for assigned accounts by studying vendor guides and collaborating closely with our internal compliance team. Continuous Improvement: Resolve complex issues regarding order management, shipping, and billing independently. Technical Foundation: Maintain a functional understanding of order flow and the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) process. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, or a business-related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in import, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to manage complex data with high accuracy.
  • Independence & Collaboration: Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision while thriving in a team environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional customer service and salesmanship skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience navigating ERP or customer management portals.
