This role owns the full sales cycle for International Mail services, from prospecting and solution presentation through negotiation, closing, and extended onboarding. Success requires resilience, strong relationship‑building skills, and the ability to align customer goals with the company’s international mail solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 4–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business: Identify senior decision-makers across targeted verticals and build strategic relationships that drive revenue growth.
  • Own the sales lifecycle: Prospect, present solutions, negotiate pricing, and close deals requiring International Mail services.
  • Ensure customer commitment: Guide customers through extended onboarding to ensure contracted and promised volumes are realized.
  • Manage account execution: Oversee daily account activities and deliverables to meet customer expectations and contractual requirements.
  • Support territory effectiveness: Provide reporting, administrative, and sales support to the Director of Custom Logistics.
  • Leverage sales enablement: Utilize internal tools, management processes, and best practices in collaboration with peers and internal teams.
  • Represent the business: Prepare and deliver business reviews, and participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings as needed.
