This position is integral to the insights we deliver that shape the international business. The Operations and Customer Analyst will conduct analysis, assess findings, and report results with the goal of providing actionable information to all Business Units and internal leadership. The Operations and Customer Analyst will also lead the consumer survey feedback program and support the field to ensure the program continuously and effectively integrates into our business across all our restaurants worldwide. Projects for this role will be highly visible and involve multiple, cross-functional efforts. We are seeking an individual familiar with forecasting and emerging technology, including new methods of collecting and applying data insights. This individual must be passionate about the restaurant business and our brand.
