About The Position

The role requires expertise in international recruiting, strategy organization, and project management. You will be instrumental in hiring local talent in Japan while working within existing processes to improve and strategize recruitment efforts.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of international recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in project management and attention to detail.
• Experience with full cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, and recruitment hiring processes.
• Familiarity with ATS and talent management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Technical/high-level recruiting experience in fields such as engineering, manufacturing, corporate, aerospace, and defense.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international recruitment strategies.
• Manage and oversee the full cycle of recruiting for local talent in Japan.
• Collaborate with existing processes and develop strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Handle a volume of requisitions starting from 15-25 as part of an ongoing project.
• Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Director.
• Ensure candidates sourced are bilingual, although the recruiter does not need to be bilingual.
